Dr. Tandrea S. Elmore, owner of Project 2 Uplift, Inc. is a Montgomery, Alabama, native.  Educated in Montgomery Public Schools in grades K-12.  In 2002, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Auburn University and continued to further her education in Counseling and Psychology, specifically Community Agency Counseling at Troy University. She has a doctorate degree in Education. Tandrea is a National Board Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her work experience includes an extensive background in working with youth in at-risk backgrounds, such as a Youth Development Center (boot camp and a detention facility), a public school system, and a therapeutic foster care agency.  This does not include the diligence and countless hours served through volunteerism.
